In Colorado, yes. Regulation 8 requires an inspection by a certified building inspector before most renovation or demolition work that could disturb building materials. We handle the inspection and the paperwork that goes with the permit.

For projects further away, we are still able to get an inspection scheduled quicker than most firms. We understand that much of what we do is needed during emergency situations, and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Onsite PCM clearance results come back the same day. For other analyses, turnaround depends on the laboratory option you choose. Labs offer several options, from same-day results on many tests to a week or two for others. We confirm turnaround when we scope the job.

A Phase I is a records and site review that identifies likely contamination risk on a property. A Phase II is the sampling that follows if the Phase I turns something up.
