Sampling and laboratory analysis of soil, groundwater or other media when a Phase I identifies a concern that needs to be confirmed or measured.

Contaminated soil assessment

Evaluation of soil contamination to determine what is present and how far it extends.

Groundwater monitoring

Sampling and monitoring of groundwater where contamination is a concern.

Common questions

Do you perform both Phase I and Phase II assessments?

Yes. We perform both, so one firm can take a property from the initial records review and site inspection through sampling if a concern is found.

What is a Phase I environmental site assessment?

A Phase I reviews a property’s history, records and visible conditions to identify potential environmental concerns. It does not involve sampling.

When do I need a Phase II?

A Phase II is done when a Phase I identifies a concern that needs to be confirmed or measured through sampling of soil, groundwater or other media.

Why do lenders and buyers ask for an assessment?

It documents environmental risk and potential cleanup liability before a transaction closes.

How fast can you get on site?

For most Metro and Front Range addresses we can usually schedule within a day or two, and same day for urgent circumstances. For projects further away we can still usually schedule faster than most firms, and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Where do you work?

We are based in Lakewood and serve the Denver metro area, the mountains and the Western Slope across Colorado, plus select neighboring states.
