Mold Services

Mold Inspection & Testing in Denver and Across Colorado

Find out whether you have mold, where it is and how far it goes. Independent inspections, a remediation protocol, and post-remediation verification to confirm the job is done.

What we do

Mold inspections

A visual inspection and sampling to find mold growth, moisture sources and affected areas, for homes, rentals and commercial buildings.

Air and surface sampling

Samples that show what is in the air and on surfaces, sent to the laboratory for analysis.

Remediation protocol

A written scope of work your remediation contractor follows, so the cleanup is done to a clear standard.

Project oversight

Independent oversight of the remediation so the work follows the protocol.

Post-remediation verification

After remediation, we verify the area is clean and ready to reopen. Onsite analysis lets most contractors move forward the same day.

Real estate and insurance support

Documented findings for buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and insurance claims.

Common questions

Do I need a mold test if I can see mold?

Not always to confirm it is there, but an inspection finds the moisture source and how far the growth extends, and it gives your remediation contractor a clear scope of work.

Why use an independent inspector instead of the remediation company?

An independent inspector has no stake in selling remediation. We write the protocol and verify the results, and we do not perform the cleanup ourselves.

What is post-remediation verification?

It is a follow-up inspection and sampling after remediation to confirm the work area has been cleaned to the protocol and is ready to reopen.

How fast can you get on site?

For most Metro and Front Range addresses we can usually schedule within a day or two, and same day for urgent circumstances. For projects further away we can still usually schedule faster than most firms, and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Where do you work?

We are based in Lakewood and serve the Denver metro area, the mountains and the Western Slope across Colorado, plus select neighboring states.
